Food & Sex

2 Mar 2005

The link between food & sex is quite important in today’s society than in our past. I think that is because we have turned into a fast food, junk food society and the need to understand that food and health is directly linked to our sexuality more and more people will start eating healthier and wiser.

I always say in my Home Party talks that the one thing I love about North America is that we are a society that has choices. We have choices to eat what we want and the choice to dine in or out, eat junk food or eat organic foods. I love having choices in my lifestyle. However when it comes to sexuality - food can be a huge influence on your taste, smell and activities.

You are what you eat, and that is the honest truth when it comes to sex and specially oral sex. You can smell bad if you eat badly. I know that many non-smokers will not perform oral sex on a smoker. The taste is not pleasant. Therefore if you want to change your sexual smells you need to work on what you consume on a regular basis first.

Understanding your Vitamins and where to get them.

  • Vitamin A maintains the sexual hormone function in men and women and it helps keep human skin from becoming dry and itchy. It is good for added sperm count.
  • Vitamin B complex increases the levels of testosterone, which is the fuel of the sex dive.
  • Vitamin C keeps the skin smooth and young looking, it helps enables you to enjoy more intense, long-lasting orgasms.
  • Vitamin E helps the blood carry energizing oxygen, which is great for menopausal women with the loss of estrogen and helps keep testosterone from breaking down in men. Also it is great in the oil bases for stretch marks and verocos veins. Nuts, seeds, whole grain, fruits and vegetables, especially Asparagus, Corn, Sunflower Oils, Oats, Parsley and Spinach are all good sources of Vitamin E.
  • Zinc is essential for the production of testosterone. In helps increase sperm count, potency, sex drive and long-term sexual health and in women helps with vagina dryness. One food high in zinc is Oysters, which is definitely an aphrodisiac.

  • Last more and more water and more water.

The Sex Act with the Food

The very act of eating is sensual. We react to the smells, tastes, textures and the physical sensations of biting and chewing. It is sexy. The pleasure is increased by the extreme sensitivity of our lips and mouths, which is why kissing is so popular.

Therefore the performance with food can be just as much as a turn on as the food itself. Just look how popular food acts have been in movies from 9 ½ Weeks, or Like Water for Chocolate.

Therefore be creative with your foods and make it sexual.
