What's better the chase or the catch?

So is the chase better than the catch.
In today society where women are considered equals, I cannot help but wonder if women and men crave the relationship but once in the relationship do they look for a better one. In a nutshell, the chase is better than the catch.
One of my favorite stories is about the single, swinger guy who life is surrounded by beautiful women, all gorgeous with legs to the heavens and breasts like watermellons. What the life as all his friends and associates repeated. However this man could have anything he wanted, at first the chase of beautiful women was very appealing and exciting. However once he had figured out that a beautiful women is not just about the physical appearance that they missed out on the attractive beauty of a mind that can communicate. This man realized that the chase became a boring game and the catch was what he was looking for. The catch, the perfect package of physical beauty and intelligent. Otherwise someone who did not bore you. What a combination, a tough one to find. However once the man realized that personality is the prize to the catch that he found that no one would take him seriously as an individual looking for a relationship, that no one would seriously date him with half an intelligent brain. So the basic point of this story is that the chase is the game and the catch is the prize, but what if you cann't see the prize or the next prize is better than the first prize? What the hell do you do?
Another famous topics from men and women, what to do when you crave the catch but the chase is what gets the heart racing. The only advice I can give is from my experience where the chase gives me a headache and the catch is a relationship and relationships should only be considered if you want to work on them. If you don't want to work on them and expect the relationship to just work out then don't bother with the catch, as sweetie, you are a chaser and there is always another on the way to play with.
