Masturbation and Bladder Control - How to get it under control

First, I would like to chat about my own issues with bladder control and why I feel that masturbation and bladder control are linked.
After the birth of my son, I realized I was experiencing bladder leakage during daily walks, exercising, sneezing, laughing, etc. This problem became a daily occurrence and a huge nuisance, to say the least. My problem was that during childbirth, my pelvic muscles (a group of muscles supporting my bladder and bowel) became lose …in other words, undeveloped with the delivery of my child. The doctor informed me of different medications available to help with bladder control issues. However, I felt drugs were not my answer to developing a healthy lifestyle or more bladder control! In addition, the expense I would have incurred for pads and drug treatment was high. So I started research on the pelvic muscle area in relation to exercise.
To sum up my research, the pelvic muscle is a muscle and through correct and regular exercise one can re-develop and strengthen this muscle.
The exercise techniques are pretty basic. First, every woman should understand what the Kegal exercises are …an exercise for the vaginal muscles. Understanding the correct method for Kegal exercises is simple: The next time you are urinating, stop the flow mid-stream, this is the exact muscle you want to exercise. Then practice, practice, practice.
When is the best time to practice? I practice all the time …when I am working on the computer, shopping, riding the bus, cooking dinner, etc, etc. This exercise technique is so discreet that you can perform this exercise any time and anywhere.
You should have your Kegal exercises up to 200 repetitions per day for effective results. For a more effective Kegal exercise add Smartballs to your routine, which are two round balls, on a string. Insert the Smartballs into your vagina with the string end outside the vaginal opening. (similar to tampon use). Then squeeze the Smartballs up and down your vagina. The best technique to do heavy breathing techniques at the same time. This is a very relaxing yet satisfying exercise. These Smartballs are from Germany which are coated in a silicone elastomere, we carry the Violet color in stock for $24.99 each, at www.toyzforsex.hotcircle.com/catalog/item/651424/275426.htm
However, the pelvic muscle works a bit differently. This is the muscle that contracts during an orgasm, especially for clitoris orgasms where the orgasm is concentrated on the area under the bladder. Therefore direct clitoris stimulation helps with holding the bladder effectively on the pelvic group of muscles.
My favourite exercise is a form of both the Kegal exercise and clitoral stimulation at the same time. I also use this exercise time as a form of effective breathing and relaxation. I use a toy that concentrates on the clitoris only, i.e. the pocket rocket, the finger vibrator, discreet clitoris stimulators, or the showerhead if I am relaxing in the bathtub. During this stimulation, I practice my Kegal exercise then, during the moment of orgasm, I try to stop the orgasm right before it occurs to help build up a stronger more intense orgasm. I repeat this technique at least two times. The third time I relax and have an extremely satisfying orgasm with long, lasting muscle contractions. Then I do the whole process over again, at least until I am ready to get some sleep.
Please do not forget your breathing techniques and that during an orgasm your heart beat goes up to around 140 beats per minute. Therefore, by definition, this exercise is an effective workout of sorts.
If you have a weak bladder, this exercise technique must become a regular practice before you will see noticeable results. In addition to these techniques, continue to work on your abdominal muscles through your regular exercise program at the gym or personal workout area.
The medical profession addressed my bladder control problem with drug treatment, which can be quite expensive. There is a new drug treatment on the market to help prevent bladder control issues, is through an injection directly into the pelvic muscle. I can't help but wonder how safe it is to inject a chemical into this delicate area …one that is highly prone to cancer! In the long run, however, all I really required was self-awareness, healthy diet and regular exercise on my pelvic muscles …far less expensive and far more enjoyable! Furthermore I cannot express the importance of masturbation for regular relaxation and as an expression of sexuality.
As I say, it is your body and only you are responsible for it, so you do the research and decide the best method for you
